Here is the last of the images from my shoot last summer. 

Looking back on these, I do really love the colours. I am quite proud I managed to make do in the shadows on such a sunny day! I had trouble with shadows on a models face just this week, but I will get to that in another post... 

It's surprising what you can achieve in the local Rose Park.

You will notice that in some of these there are plants/bushes in the foreground, that is another thing I like including in my images.

The last three are some of my absolute favourites from this shoot. I love how the lens flare went across the models neck as she had her hands up, talk about perfect.

The other week I did another fun little shoot with Jacqueline.

A bit darker than usual with her, involving the dungeon, rope, chains and lots of black lacy lingerie.

Vintage Lady Lingerie Shoot

So here are the rest of the images from my shoot with Jacquelyn last week. 

It was a lot of fun, Jacquelyn is lovely to work with and the props she had were great.

Even though that was our last shoot at my uni studio we plan to do some more together in the future, so this will not be the last you see of her from me.

I am also creating some amazing ideas for upcoming shoots for which i am looking for wardrobe stylists, clothing companies (preferably latex) and hair and make up artists who want to get involved.

So feel free to drop me a message if you want to get in on that somehow.

Film Noir Showcase

Here is the main thing I had planned to do the other week at Dieselpunk studios. A film noir inspired set of images for a vintage lingerie website.

The day before I went and bought some venetian blinds to try and recreate the look from the film noir films of the 1940s/50s. They have very specific lighting techniques and are quite dark and moody.

It took a little bit to get the lighting near what I was expecting in my head but now looking at the finished photographs I think it worked out very well.

The showcase is being shown on the lingerie website Joanna's Wardrobe, and has a link to it on the front page banner. It's really great to see my work actually being used on someone else's website.

And you can purchase the very beautiful set of lingerie that the model is wearing for the shoot.

Annie & Eliott Vintage Shoot

This was such a fun shoot. I loved working with two models at once, especially a male/female combo. I haven't done it before and it was great! They worked together so well, both of them are amazing.

I want to thank Karen from Joanna's Wardrobe for lending the lovely Corselette that Annie is wearing here. She also leant us some swimwear that you can find on the Joanna's Wardrobe website.
