First of 2014 Continued

I am still really happy with the results of my first shoot of 2014. I was lucky to have perfectly still weather for the day giving me amazing light bouncing off the snow.

Jenny worked extremely well in the snow considering we were out for a good while and it was her first time shooting in the snow! You can see in the photos with the purple dress is was starting to get dark and very cold.

First of 2014

I finally got to do my first shoot in Sweden, and of 2014! I had been in touch with a Swedish model who actually lives in the same town as me since last year but due to the weather etc. we couldn't get a shoot in last year. 

But a couple of weekends ago there was thick snow outside and the lake here was still, just perfect for the shoot. I met with Jenny Chanel and we got straight to it! 

Using the still water of a lake as a backdrop worked really well, the colour of the clouds almost blends into the water. I am really pleased with how these came out.

This is the first awesome style we went for.

Snow Theme

As we had some snow the other week, i wanted to get out in it for some photos.
I couldn't get anyone to model for me at that short notice, so i decided to throw on my white dress and hair falls and ask my other half to try and take a nice one of me for a change. 

Here is one i took of some leaves, sadly the snow had melted enough to not stay on trees and leaves by the day I decided to do this.  

Not bad at all! Here is one i took of him, he will hate me for putting this up but he doesn't have to know!

And some big news, i am moving to Sweden in April. So if you want a shoot, now is the time to get in touch.

More Snow?

I have heard it is snowing around some areas of the UK again.

It has gone reallllllly cold again!

Here is when it started to snow the first time this year, the flakes on the window:

My garden the day after the heavy snowfall:

At least the snow looks pretty even if the UK can't cope a day with it.
