Wedding Dress Shoot

So my sister in law got married a couple of years ago now, and we have been meaning to do a photoshoot with her in her dress! I remembered this lovely manor house, Ingress Abbey and we went there to shoot last week.

I wanted to use this location for the steps going up to the house, I was thinking it may look like something from Cinderella.

Steampunk at Hemel Hempstead

The other week I did a Steampunk style shoot at Hemel Hempstead. I was really pleased to see an email from a model, Jenevieve Vaudine Van-Veda I had admired for a while, I knew she lived all the way in Wales so I hadn't bothered getting in contact for a shoot, but then she emailed me asking if I would like to do one with her. And I jumped at the chance. We met at Hemel Hempstead and here's what we got up to!

Jenevieve put together the amazing outfit from a vintage wedding dress she had altered. She had put so much thought into this outfit it is stunning.

Lingerie Shoot

Here are some photos from a shoot from last week. This lovely lady looks stunning.

Oh yes, they are Bordello shoes.... And they are mine!

This is one of my favourites from the shoot. It isn't particularly 50s pinup, it feels very retro 80s with the hat and the big shoulders.

A fantastic Vivien Of Holloway dress, and another pair of my Bordello shoes.

It's Easter break from uni and I have three shoots for the two weeks. One for a possbile Suicide Girl, one for my sister in law in her wedding dress on a location I found that should be spectacular. And one in a park with a gorgeous pinup girl.

So I am busy as always.

Willy Wonka Themed Shoot!

So I have always loved Tim Burton's remake Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, even though I do love the original too. But when Burton's came out some years ago I got a little obsessed and bought a replica jacket and goggles. But I made my Wonka cane equipped with multicolour "sweets" on the inside.

This is what I was aiming for!

The green was for the chocolate factory field. But yeah, here you have a pin up female Willy Wonka :)

I can't believe I am off for Easter break already next week, then i have to hand everything in on the 12th May!! Then it will all be over....I will have to live in the real world!!

Rockabilly, Burlesque and Nurse Shoot

Another shoot from last week, with Lucretia Lavena. I really love this first outfit, more of a casual bikini beach feel with some sunglasses, suits the weather at the moment.

Even though we got stuck in traffic on the way to the studio and turned up ten minutes before we were meant to leave the studio, we got a lot done. As it was in my uni we stayed and waited until someone knocked on the door and told us to leave, but no one did so we did what we wanted to do.

Military Pinup

Here are some photos from last week, of Poppy Scarlet in her lovely Bettie Page Clothing military style dress.

Poppy really knows how to get the look I was after.

I love military pinups, maybe a little bit more than sailor girls! There is just something about them, makes me think of the morale that surrounded them. And also makes me think of Elvis Presley in some of his films!

This dress, and the blue dress are both for sale now on ebay, Poppy is trying to raise some money.
